We hold a range of classes daily along side open gym.

Crossfit

CrossFit is functional fitness performed at high intensity. By that, we mean there is a mix of modalities (such as gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning) paired with different training styles (Tabata, sprints and cardio) to improve your all-round strength and fitness.

Gymnastics

Developing your co-ordination, balance, flexibility and strength.
Our hour-long gymnastics class is focused on all things bodyweight on the bar, rings and floor. Building all the skills and strengths needed for CrossFit gymnastics.

Weightlifting

An hour-long class dedicated purely to developing your technique and strength in the Olympic lifts. Coached and programmed by one of the best in business; Commonwealth games Weightlifter Chris Freebury.

Blueprint 45

45 Minutes of high-intensity interval-style training. Forget the complexity of CrossFit, we’ll be using simple and effective movements to give you a full-body workout suitable for anyone. No prerequisites or experience needed.

Endurance

An hour-long aerobic endurance class, focused on all things running, rowing, biking and skipping. Perfect for anyone looking to get fitter without any barbell or gymnastic movements.
