FAQ

What is the cancellation period on memberships?

There is a two-week cancellation period before your next payment (1st of the month). You are required to cancel your membership two weeks before this payment date by email to info@blueprinttraining.uk

How do the memberships work?

At Blueprint Training, there are no joining fees. Memberships run on a rolling month-by-month basis. We have an initial 3-month commitment on both our membership options. We believe our training methods and our amazing community will keep you coming back for much more!

I want to try a class at Blueprint - where should I start?

We offer a free trial class to everyone so you can come and see for yourself what makes us the best facility in Worcester.

If you’re completely new to CrossFit then we recommend our Beginners class which runs on the last Sunday of every month.

Our Bootcamp and endurance classes are also accessible to anyone.

What is CrossFit?

Constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity. 

It’s a Strength and conditioning program that mixes weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, biking and so much more in a daily workout to help you become fitter, stronger and healthier.

It’s also community, family and fun. We strive to make our CrossFit classes the best hour of your day. And you’ll find friends that support you not just inside the gym but in life too

I haven't exercised for a long time, can I do CrossFit?

Of course! One of the great things about CrossFit is that anyone can do it. Our classes are accessible to ALL levels of fitness and, everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability. 

We are beginner friendly with small class sizes and an excellent community to support you on your fitness journey. We also have lots of different classes, not just CrossFit that are suitable for those who want to try something different from the beginning.

We recommend trying a free session, then you can always talk through some specific goals or queries you have with your coach.

Do I have to join the classes or can I do my own workouts in the gym?

Yes, you can come and do your own workouts during ‘open gym’ times. All of our memberships include the ability to book open gym.

You can use any equipment so long as it is not being used in any classes that are on at the same time. Non-members that have CrossFit experience can also use the open gym as a drop-in session.

Are there changing rooms?

We have modern changing rooms with showers and lockers for your kit

I am visiting the area, can I drop in for a one-off session?

Yes, non-members are more than welcome to come down and train. Drop-in sessions allow you to book into any of our classes and open gym sessions. Drop-in sessions cost £15.00 and can be booked online through our membership page.

What classes do you offer?

We have lots of classes on offer at Blueprint.

We have our signature CrossFit class every day of the week. We have a 45-minute Bootcamp class for those who want to get a quick low-skill sweat on.

We have both beginner and regular Weightlifting classes. We also offer Gymnastics classes for those who want to learn new skills, Run club for those who want to get outside and improve their running and endurance.
