CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. From general fitness to sport-specific training, there is no better program out there.

CrossFit is functional fitness performed at high intensity. By that, we mean there is a mix of modalities (such as gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning) paired with different training styles (Tabata, sprints and cardio) to improve your all-round strength and fitness.

Our beginner's course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our CrossFit classes. You’ll be taught all about the movements and methodology of CrossFit so you can start your journey to a fitter and healthier you.
