Fitness has always been a big part of my life growing up and such has challenged and rewarded me mentally and physically. I’ve been coaching CrossFit for over 5 years now and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it – especially coaching those who are keen to learn and grow. More recently, I’ve been working to obtain my Precision Nutrition L1 and look forward to helping educate others in how to make fitness and nutrition a fun and sustainable part of their lifestyle. I feel very fortunate to have Blueprint as a platform to help me do this and I hope that we can give your fitness journey a sense of clear direction and purpose.
