what to expect in an endurance class

Up to 1000 calories* can be burnt during one of our endurance classes.

Due to the nature of the class – lower impact training gives the cardio-respiratory health benefits with a lower impact on your joints so you can train hard tomorrow too!

Physiological adaptations from endurance training include increased heart size and cardiac output. Lowering your resting heart rate and blood pressure.

Combining rowing, cycling, skiing, skipping and various other bodyweight movements.
