What makes Blueprint different from a normal gym?

Coaching
Far too often people will leave their regular gym classes having received no feedback
whatsoever and no clear path for improvement. Here at Blueprint, we guarantee the
highest level of coaching, where you can expect to get useful feedback during your
workout.

Coaching is not about running a class and cheering members on – it’s about offering
suitable progressions, workout modifications and helping members to learn great
technique, allowing them to see progress.

Our coaches attend frequent development sessions led by CrossFit Seminar Staff
member, Joe Pearson, to continuously strengthen their coaching capabilities and to
ensure that you’re getting the most out of your classes.

CrossFit and HYROX
Blueprint is a CrossFit affiliate and a HYROX affiliate, meaning that we run classes in
both of these disciplines. You are welcome to attend both, or either, as they are
complimentary to each other.

You do not need to be signed up to a HYROX race, or be competitive, to attend any
of our classes. Everything we offer is open to all levels, from complete beginners to
those who are more advanced.

Community
Here at Blueprint, we pride ourselves on the incredible community that continues to
grow. This isn’t the kind of gym where people ignore each other – we are lucky to be
home to an uplifting group of individuals who are quick to encourage fellow members,
and a place where many people form new friendships.

We also run several social events throughout the year, including fun competitions
and evening get-togethers around the holidays.
